Congratulations to the winners of the Dia de Zamboanga Open Cheer Dance Competition!

The Cheerdance competition is an eagerly awaited event during the Dia de Zamboanga festivities. Each year, schools from different parts of Zamboanga come together to showcase their adrenaline-fueled performances, drawing crowds from all over the city. Despite the time constraints this year, only three teams had the opportunity to compete for the championship. Nevertheless, a massive crowd turned out to support their respective teams.

Originally intended as a tournament for Zamboanga City’s Cheer Squads, the competition has evolved into the “Battle of the Bravest.” Despite facing numerous obstacles and time constraints, these three teams fearlessly embraced the challenge and performed with utmost determination. Fueled by their passion and the spirit of sportsmanship, these teams competed for the chance to be recognized as the best of the best in this year’s Dia de Zamboanga Cheerdance Competition.
