It’s time to kick-start the summer season with the Verano Festival! The City Government of Zamboanga through the City Tourism Office, and in coordination with the Center for Youth Networking and Development Initiatives, Inc. presents the Fiesta na Isla de Sta. Cruz!
Zamboangueños gathered today at the beautiful Sta. Cruz Island to compete against each other in sports and recreational activities!
Happening simultaneously were the Beach Volleyball Competition, Beach Soccer Competition, and the Amazing Race na Sta. Cruz Island!
Mayor John M. Dalipe opened the event and warmly greeted the participants and showed his overwhelming support for the activities being held on Sta. Cruz Island. Likewise, the participants of the different activities showed their unyielding enthusiasm despite the heat of the sun.
