Sta. Cruz Island is one of the most visited tourist attraction for both tourists and locals in Zamboanga City. Sta. Cruz Island lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by National Beographic, with its pinkish sand, stunning sand bar, mystical lagoon, and crystal clear waters. As a Naturally Protected Area, Sta. Cruz Island follows a strict no plastic policy. Single use plastics and styrofoam are strictly prohibited on the island. Because of this strict rule, Sta. Cruz Beach is one of the cleanest beach in the city.

2.Once Islas
Once Islas was officially opened to the public back in 2018. The island is managed by the City Government of Zamboanga in coordination with the Indigenous People of the island. With its majestic rock formations and blue ocean, Once Islas has lured locals, tourists, and celebrities into visiting the island. As of now, three of the eleven island are available for tourists to visit. All bookings and reservations for the island must be done through the City Tourism Office of Zamboanga City. 3. Zamboanga Golf and Beach Park
The Zamboanga City Golf and Beach Park is not only the second biggest golf course in the country but also one of the oldest around, dating back to as early as 1911, and has been flocked by golf enthusiasts everywhere. It was famously known for being a “championship course” because of its challenging terrain. With the recently launched “Hermosa Tee,” Zamboanga Golf Club and Beach Resort has brought itself back in the map for Golf Tournaments. It is the sincerest wish of City Mayor John Dalip that golfers from all over the country will once again converge in Zamboanga City for golf tournaments.
