Sec. Frasco arrived in Zamboanga City for the signing of the MOA between the Department of Tourism, Department of National Defense, and the Department of Interior and Local Government to fully open up Mindanao to tourism.

The primary objective of the initiative is to boost the socio-economic activity in Mindanao by generating employment and enhancing the region’s overall tourism experience.
