Benjie P. Alvarez, a descendant of Zamboanga’s Hero General Vicente S. Alvarez, visited the City Tourism office to discuss the upcoming Dia de General Vicente S. Alvarez. In line with the celebration of General Vicente S. Alvarez’s legacy, Mr. Benjie P. Alvarez will be representing the hero’s descendants during the commemoration activity to be held tomorrow at 4:00 PM at Plaza Vicente Alvarez.
