What: Civil Society Organization (CSO) Planning Session enjoined by the DILG through MC-2021-054 on the amendment to the DILG MC-2021-012 on the establishment of CSO Desk and Institutionalization of People’s Council in the LGU. Funded and assisted by the USAID-CHANGE Project together with the CSO Desk Officer of the City Planning Office in formulating an Ordinance establishing the system of partnership between the LGUs and CSOs.
