The City Government continues to recognize the service and dedication of retired local government employees.

 

The Office of the City Human Resource Management (CHRMO) visited another batch of retirees to award the Certificates of Recognition and Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) Cash Gift last June 15 and 22, 2022.

 

A total of 14 retirees, 8 males and 6 females, who have been separated from the government service from July to December, 2021, were awarded with Certificate of Recognition and Cash Gift from the Zamboanga City Government Employees’ Association (ZCGEA). The activity is conducted in lieu of the Annual Breakfast Salu-Salo dubbed as “Despedida de Agradecimiento Para Los Retirados de Gobierno,” which was deferred due to the pandemic.

 

In addition to the awards, the 201/120 files of the respective retirees were also turned over by CHRMO, pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 8, s. 2007.

 

To all our retirees, thank you for all the years of dedicated public service, “para obtener los objetos del administracion que ya sirvi ustedes con todo dedicacion y sinceridad,” as the certificate reads. You have been an inspiration to all of us.
