In line with the office’s goal of continuously catering to the needs of the employees and provide opportunities for their professional growth, CHRMO initiated the “CARE Program”, a Free Review Class intended for employees who wish to hurdle the Civil Service Examinations. The objective of the CARE Program is primarily to aid employees in their review of basic concepts included in the examinations and to provide them with tips on effective study habits and answering techniques.
The review classes were scheduled every Friday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm from June 15 to August 10, 2018. Two (2) employees from each department were given the opportunity to undergo the said review. Selected CHRMO staff took on the role of reviewers during the CARE Program.
Out of the 33 participants who attended the review classes, 8 of them successfully passed the Civil Service Examinations held last August and October 2018.
