The Honorable Vicente M. Guingona presided at the second Local Council for Culture, Arts, and History meeting at the City Hall conference room on July 7, 2023.

Discussed during the meeting were the cultural mapping, the laws on culture, arts, and activities and programs of the previous LCCAH, the reconstitution of the museum committee and TWG, the proposed book on local history, and the proposed culture-related projects and programs.

Present during the meeting are the Honorable Rogelio L. Valesco, Jr., city councilor, and Dr. Jose Genaro R. Yap-Aizon, City College President.
