To provide fast and systematic services to the paying public and the community in general in order to achieve our goals and aspirations of becoming self-reliant through reliable and efficient tax collection system upgraded by the highest standard of technology.

To provide comfortable venues for the paying public wherein they would be treated not only as sources of income but most importantly as partners in bringing progress to the City of Zamboanga.
