The City Administrator’s Office is mandated to assist the City Mayor in the management and coordination of city affairs and local economic enterprise, ensuring proper implementation of policies, programs, and activities in accordance with existing laws, ordinances, and executive directives.

The City Administrator ensures efficient governance by coordinating programs, projects, and activities across all city offices. The role involves leading organizational studies, streamlining management practices, and implementing administrative reforms to enhance public service delivery. The Administrator also oversees the effective operation of the Economic Enterprises Management to support the city’s economic development goals.
