The Office of the City Veterinarian (OCVET), in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture-9 rolls out the enrollment for the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) for livestock and poultry for 2021.
RSBSA refers to the electronic compilation or database or basic information of farmers, farm laborers, fishermen and target beneficiaries of agriculture-related programs and services of the government such as DA-accredited farmer organizations.
For the livestock and poultry raisers, the OCVET accepts walk-in enrollment from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, or they may visit the Veterinary Services Field Offices located in Ayala Sport Center, Ayala; City Abattoir Compound, San Roque; AI Center at Veterans Ave Ext, Tetuan; Culianan Rural Service Center, MCLL Highway, Culianan; Manicahan Barangay Hall; Ontong Rural Service Center, MCLL Highway, Quiniput; and Taloptap Rural Service Center, Vitali.
In the light of the present situation, OCVET invites all livestock and poultry raisers to visit the enrollment centers, observing basic health protocols, and register.
To register, the concerned must bring 2×2 ID picture taken within six (6) months, copy of land title or lease contract and any government-issued Identification Card.
The process involve the following: visit the enrollment center; after filling up the enrollment form, have it signed by the Barangay Chairman and submit the completed form to the enrollment center.
Registration is open to all Filipinos and must be 18 years old at the time of registration.
