New City Planning Officer, 28 other city employees take oath

Ma. Luz Agbayani takes her oath as new City Planning and Development Coordinator before Mayor John Dalipe Monday morning in City Hall. 

Agbayani takes over the post left vacant by Jojo Sicat, who expired due to a lingering illness last March 29, 2022 at the age of 55. 

Also sworn into office was the new Assistant City Accountant Atty. Anson Maarim, who recently passed the bar examination. He replaces Felixberto Eleno, who retired from the government ssrvice last April. 

Aside from Agbayani and Maarim, also sworn into office were 27 other newly-promoted and newly-hired employees who are assigned in 12 city departments.

Of the 27 who took their oath, 10 are occupying regular, casual and co-terminus positions; 1 casual and 16 job order status. They will be assigned to the following offices, City Planning, City Accountant, City Assessor, City Agriculture, City Engineer, City Environment, City General Services, City Health, City Administrator, City Human Resource, City Treasurer, City Mayor and the Cristino M. Paragas Memorial Community Hospital (CMPMCH). (Sheila Covarrubias)
