Acting Assistant Regional Director Alexis De Lima, who led the NAPOLCOM-9 delegation, presented a plaque of recognition to Mayor Olaso, emphasizing his invaluable support, exemplary leadership, and commitment that helped enure the smooth and orderly administration of the examination held in the city last April 19, 2026.

The recognition highlighted the local government’s efforts in mobilizing resources, ensuring logistical readiness, and maintaining peace and order during the examination, reflecting the strong collaboration between the city government, NAPOLCOM-9, and law enforcement institutions in supporting development within the PNP organization.

Mayor Olaso expressed his appreciation for the recognition, emphasizing the city government’s continued commitment to supporting NAPOLCOM, the PNP, and other partner institutions in advancing public service and strengthening peace and order initiatives.

The visit also formed part of NAPOLCOM-9’s multi-sectoral survey and assessment being conducted among various stakeholders in the city to determine their awareness and understanding of peace and order-related programs, plans, and policy advisories.
