Mayor Beng Climaco bannered the accomplishments of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) under her term since 2016 to the present during the joint meeting with the Regional Development Council (RDC) in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay last June.
The highlights of the joint RDC9 and RPOC9 meeting in Ipil were presented during the 2nd Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) meeting hosted by DOLE-9 last Tuesday at Palacio del Sur with Social Welfare Secretary Rolando Joselito D. Bautista as presiding officer in his capacity as the Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS) for Region 9.

“RPOC9 is amplifying the government’s efforts in combating criminality, illegal drugs, terrorism and insurgency,” she said at the joint RPOC9-RDC9 meeting which was also presided over by the CORDS.
Climaco informed the members of both regional councils and guests that RPOC9 is building a concrete roadmap to achieving peace and sustainable development.
