Mayor Khymer Olaso and key city department heads convene with representatives of Integratr Corporation, a payroll technology solutions provider on Wednesday, August 13 to explore modern, efficient systems designed to significantly upgrade the city’s payroll management.

During the meeting held at City Hall conference room, Mayor Olaso highlighted the importance of having a reliable and efficient payroll system, noting that it will not only streamline processes but also enhance employee satisfaction and overall operational efficiency within the City Government of Zamboanga.

The Integratr [Integrater] Corporation, presented updates and addressed concerns about project implementation delays, pending clarifications and the need for stronger inter-office coordination.

However, the chief executive assured that the system remains under careful study, within the local government committed to tailoring it to the needs of its workforce before full implementation.

In the afternoon, the said corporation had a courtesy meeting with the mayor in his office, as part of the efforts to ensure a smoother and more transparent rollout of the system.

Present during the discussions were Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Mayor Celso Lobregat, Executive Assistant II Bovic Lucero, City Human Resource and Management Officer Marinyd Tingcang, City Legal Officer Atty. Evangelina Doctolero, Information and Communications Technology Officer Alan Aizon and representatives from the City Accountant’s Office, City Budget Office and City Treasurer’s Office.
