Personnel from the Traffic Management Unit (TMU) and Task Force Ordinance (TFO) under the City Administrator’s Office get additional safety gears in line with the Dalipe administration’s continuous effort to equip traffic enforcers with necessary essentials and ensure their safety as they perform their strenuous and risky job.
Mayor Dalipe together with City Administrator Atty. Wendell Sotto on Monday personally turned over the raincoats and boots to members of the TMU and TFO with the onset of the rainy season.
Assistant City Administrator Rodolfo Saavedra II said the rain gears turned over during the flag raising ceremony Monday, July 1, was the fourth batch of provisions for the TMU and TFO personnel under the Dalipe administration.
As of today, the traffic aides are equipped with body cameras, reflectorized gloves, portable 2-way radio units, raincoats and rubber boots, to name a few. (Sheila Covarrubias)
