Mayor John Dalipe commends Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) for choosing Zamboanga City as a showcase of the company’s excellence in the region, citing its Futura Vinta project as a “beacon for future growth in the community.”
The mayor said this, as he and Vice Mayor Josephine Pareja joined FLI and SharePro, Inc. (SPI) officials in celebrating a major construction milestone with the topping-off ceremony for its Futura Vinta’s Building A at the project site along Mayor Vitaliano Agan Avenue Tuesday morning, May 28.
Futura Vinta’s Building A is an 11-storey structure offering a variety of living spaces, including studio units and 2-bedroom units, all designed with maximized floor layouts to ensure flexible and comfortable living.
“This landmark is more than just a structure; it represents our collective aspirations and unwavering faith in our future,” the mayor declared stressing that under his leadership, significant investments in physical infrastructures have transformed Zamboanga into the frontier city of Mindanao.
He added: “Futura Vinta Zamboanga highlights our city’s transformation and is a proud emblem of what we can achieve together. It signifies a new chapter filled with opportunities, prosperity, and hope for Zamboanga and the region.” As Building A nears completion, FLI Geographic Project Head Sheila Padua revealed that Futura Vinta’s Building B will soon break ground, continuing the development’s momentum and commitment to enhancing Zamboanga City’s residential landscape.
The FLI officials present were composed of SVP Assistant Residential Business Head Edward Thomas Bernas, Vice President and Mindanao Regional General Manager Sharon Luntao, SPI President and CEO Engr.
