Present during the inauguration of the project were SK National President and Youth Commissioner CJ Dalipe and Councilors Jimmy Villaflores, Vino Guingona, James Siason and Jordan Evangelista, OCENR Assistant head Gerry Pollisco, City Engineer Chris Navarro and staff, the contractor and some barangay officials.
