Mayor John Dalipe strongly commends the security sector including concerned agencies and volunteer groups for the peaceful and orderly conduct of the October 30 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) as well as the successful implementation of Oplan Todos los Santos y Difuntos last Nov. 1-2 in Zamboanga City.

“We commend and thank the authorities especially the PNP led by PCol. Alex Lorenzo and the military and all agencies concerned, entrao ya el maga oficina del Govierno Local, for the good implementation of the security measures during the election and the Undas,” the mayor said in his message during the Monday flag raising ceremony at the City Hall grounds.
