Zamboanga City captured the bronze award in the Civil Service Commission’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
The award was presented to Mayor John Dalipe by City Human Resource and Management Officer Roderico Jose Lucero during the flag raising ceremony in City Hall Monday morning.
The bronze award is conferred to agencies that have met the PRIME-HRM Level 2-Maturity Indicators of all the four HRM core systems –recruitment, selection and placement; learning and development; performance management, and rewards and recognition.
The bronze award was awarded by CSC Chairperson Karlo A.B. Nograles to the City Human Resource and Management Office led by Lucero during rites held in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay last August 23, 2023.
Mayor Dalipe thanked the CSC for the award and the 4 core committees for continuously ensuring an outstanding practice in human resource management.
Mayor Dalipe was joined by the members of the 4 core committees of the PRIME-HRM – the Human Resource Management Personnel Selection Board (HRMPSB), Personnel Development Committee Members (PDCM), Performance Evaluation Review Committee Members (PERC) and the PRAISE Committee members.
