Thirty-one (31) City Government employees were recognized Monday morning for their remarkable record of punctuality and work attendance for 2 consecutive semesters from January 1 to December 31, 2021.
The employees compose the fourth batch of Cada Dia Temprano awardees, an award program that forms part of the approved Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of the City Government facilitated by the City Human Resource and Management Office (CHRMO).
Mayor John Dalipe and CHRMO head Roderico Jose Lucero and members of the PRAISE Committed handed over the Certificates of Recognition to the awardees that highlighted the City Government’s flag raising ceremony Monday, November 21.
The 4th batch of awardees compose of 9 personnel from the General Services Office (GSO) and 22 employees from the City Administrator’s Office, of which 3 are from the main public market, 4 from the Integrated Bus Terminal, 8 from the Sta. Cruz market and 7 from the Slaughterhouse.
With the 4th batch and last batch of awardees, the total number of employees who received the citation total 92 for 2021, of which 3 are city officials, 60 regular employees, 8 casual employees, 20 job order employees and 1 specially-abled individual.
The awardees included Gladys Alvarez (Administrative Aide VI), Josephine Magdalene Barredo (Admin Officer III) and Ariel Ramos (Admin Aide III) from the City Administrator’s Office (main); Rafael Derick Evangelista III (Supervising Transportation Regulation Officer and Rolan Bantoto, Ronie de los Reyes and Richard Lim (Utility Foremen) from the IBT; Yolanda Anoos (Market Supervisor), Dante Bernabe, Gilbert Cruz and Rolando Potenciano Jr. (Utility Workers II), Arsenio Pioquinto III (Market Inspector I), Franklin Vendiola (Utility Worker I), and Jayson Galvez and Edgardo Pelegrino (Job Order – special program) from the Sta. Cruz Market; Amelia Amar (Slaughterhouse Master IV), Romeo Gregorio (Mechanic I), Rex Ibanez (Driver I), Vicente Alan Jumawan (Slaughterhouse Master II), Gerold Tubo (Utility Worker II) and Domingo Dagoy and Lito Lecera (Laborer I- Casual Item-Wages) from the Slaughterhouse; and Salvador Adora (labor Foreman), Rovelyn Agustin (Supply Officer II), Christopher Cruz (Laborer II), Julius Mapiso (utility foreman), Ronald Mariano (Carpenter I), Manuel Navea Jr. (Labor General Foreman), and Gerry Biwang, Sali Paraji and Aldrin Siton (Job Order employees).
