- Handles the organizational desktop support that includes all IT equipment’s and office productivity and applications deployed in the different departments.
- Handles all connectivity from the Data Center (Server and Network Infrastructure to the Endpoints (computers and mobile devices). Including the City-wide Fiber Optic Cabling, Structure Copper Cabling, City-wide wireless, and all city-wide CCTVs.
- Development of Standard Policies, Procedures and Manuals related to Technical Support, Connectivity and CCTVs.
