El Museo de Zamboanga manifest its commitment to:

• Discover our diverse cultural personality; a legacy for learning and increased appreciation of the local history, culture and the unique language “Chabacano”,

• Raise the level of cultural awareness with interesting exhibitions and community-based programs to encourage more response and support from the Zamboangueño community,

• Spearhead programs on heritage conservation like documentation, presentation and enrichment of the uniquely diversified Zamboanga cultural heritage,

• Provide technical support services and other heritage related information to the LGU and other government agencies and institutions.
