The Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources (OCENR) also grows and maintains mangrove propagules nursery in Barangay Mampang to support the city’s mangrove coastal rehabilitation project.
This is apart from the upland tree seedlings nursery being maintained in San Roque for the reforestation project.
All these are part of Climaco administration’s environmental protection program.
