The Environmental Management Bureau IX as represented by the OIC Regional Director, Engr. Alex D. Jimenez together with Mr. Rene S. Giron, ESWM Chief awarded Five Hundred Seventy Thousand (P 570,000) Pesos to Zamboanga City as received by the proactive alcaldeza Hon. Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar for the funding assistance of the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) at Barangay Mampang today, November 13, 2020. The awarding was also graced by the Assistant City Environment and Natural Resources Officer (OCENR), Dr. Eduardo Bisquera Jr with his team from OCENR. As such, a courtesy visit has been made by the newly installed OIC Regional Director of EMB IX

Engr. Jimenez to the Mayor, sharing his plans and programs of the Bureau on environmental protection and conservation.
