The Office of the City Engineer is on a mission to sustain development and progress in Zamboanga City to be globally competitive in terms of implementation of infrastructure projects thru the efforts of continuous career development and application of the values of a good public servant as enshrined on the Philippine Constitution adopting the credo for the people working in government: “Public Office is a Public trust.”
