1. The Office of the City Engineer is tasked to prepare Plans and Program of Works and supervise/monitor the implementation of various infrastructure projects that will have significant social and economic impact to the City of Zamboanga.
2. Concurrent function as Office of the Building Official of the City Government of Zamboanga.
