The National Resilience Council represented by Ret. Vice-Admiral Alex Pama, NRC Consultant and Ms. Marilou B. Suplido, NRC Project Manager together with Zamboanga City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office as the support staff in coordination with the Joint Task Force Zamboanga and Philippine National Police as the Sub-Pillar Champion for Human Security facilitated the conduct of Zamboanga City Resilience Council Meeting for Human Security Pillar Champion to discuss the completion of the distinctly Zamboanga City Scorecard for Human Security Pillar held last, November 6, 2018 at Centro Latino, Paseo del Mar, this City.

In attendance are:
JTFZ, BFP, 54th Engineer Brigade, ZCPO, Philippine Coast Guard, BJMP, PPA-IX, Aviation Security Group, Commission on Human Rights-IX, DILG, ADZU, ZSCMST, DepEd, Zamboanga Press Club, Zamboanga Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation, Inc., Integrated Bar of the Philippines IX, Boy Scout of the Philippines, CHRMO and Kabalikat Civicom.

CDRRMO/ZCRC Vice-Chair, Dr. Elmeir E. Apolinario was unable to personally host the said meeting as he is attending a two weeks special course on Strategic Disaster Risk Management and Leadership Program at Asian Institute of Management in Makati.
