As part of the administration‘s mission to provide basic services to the people of Zamboanga, Dia del Acadeza is one of the priority program of Mayor Beng Climaco since 2013. The program is to provide service in terms of civil documentation in the different barangays, especially to people in the rural areas.
The mass processing of marriage application in the different barangays is another flagship program of the office to assists unmarried couples especially those living together for more than five years.
